Some places offer free hearing test

We offer free hearing  checks for anyone aged 26 and over.  As a hearing care professional, we take our role of increasing hearing health awareness in the community seriously as our work can potentially change people’s lives.

Free services for pensioners/veterans

We received accreditation from the Commonwealth Hearing Service Program. Free on-going hearing services are provided to pensioners, veterans and other eligible clients (please refer to Office of Hearing Service website). Under the Office of Hearing Service Program, a person with hearing loss may be entitled to hearing devices to improve their quality of life. If you are new to the hearing program, you will need a medical clearance form from your GP. Please contact our office for a copy of the form. Existing clients under the Commonwealth Office of Hearing Service Program have access to a full range of hearing services from our office. Please feel free to contact us for any queries.
